Is highly effective and reflective, skilled in assessment for learning practices, and puts akonga at the centre

Values building strong relationships with akonga, whanau and colleagues

Is collaborative, a team-player, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous learning

Has a strong commitment to culturally responsive practice

(Has experience with neurodiverse akonga and restorative practices is an advantage)
