At the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) | Te Pā Whakamarumaru, we are dedicated to our mission of keeping Aotearoa New Zealand and our people safe and secure. We collect, analyse and assess intelligence to protect New Zealand from threats such as foreign interference, espionage and terrorism.
The New Zealand Intelligence Community (NZIC) Security Services Group is responsible for protecting the NZIC's personnel, information, and assets, from a wide variety of internal and external security threats. We are seeking a highly-motivated person to join our team.
The role
This is a distinctive role where the right individual has a chance to apply their skills and knowledge over a broad range of activities, interesting work and complex tasks and provide support to both Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) and New Zealand Security Intelligence Services (NZSIS).
You will be part of a small, dedicated team responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing complex personnel security risks within the NZIC. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team to lift the security culture within the NZIC.
Working with a wide variety of individuals and teams will be an important part of this role. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, partners, and stakeholders, as well as providing a high standard of customer service.
