OverviewWe are seeking a detail-focused and motivated Property Information Officer to join our team.In this role, you'll be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of property and land data across the Thames-Coromandel district.
Your work will support Council operations, public services, and community development.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate property records including subdivisions, boundary adjustments, new roads, and flats plans.Manage street numbering and hazard information.Liaise with internal teams, LINZ, Waikato Regional Council, and other stakeholders.Handle property-related queries (e.g., Titles, addressing, LIMs, covenants).
What We\'re Looking ForWe\'re seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for data accuracy.You Will HaveExperience in a similar role or working with property information in a local government or similar environment.Experience in a role where researching skills are key.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and agencies.Working knowledge of property data, legislation, addressing standards, and rating systems.Familiarity with systems such as Infor Pathway and proficiency in Microsoft Office.What We OfferThis is an opportunity to work within a key role in a great community focused organisation.
