About the Role

The Operations controller basded in our Kerikeri depot, will be working in both the fleet management and distribution parts of our business, you will often be working alongside the small team in the depot and with our courier fleet to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will ensure that training and adherence to SOPs are core to the way we conduct business and are underpinned by a focus on health and safety.

About You

Experience in the courier or transport industry is highly desirable, but not essential.  Of more importance is your ability to learn quickly, multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in some or all of the following areas or similar roles in a comparable service industry.

• Operations and / or Fleet management
• Health and Safety
• KPI management and improvement

The ideal appointee will be a strong communicator and display energy, drive and enthusiasm.  Having a can-do attitude and plenty of initiative will be core attributes of the successful candidate.
