Job descriptionRecent experience in body and beauty therapy (hotel or luxury day spa preferred). Proficiency across deep tissue massage and core facial / body treatments. Professional grooming, great communication, and a calm, caring manner. Flexibility to work a rotating roster over 7 days, including weekends / public holidays as required. Competitive pay rate + incentives. Free duty meals. $5 per day staff parking. Uniform provided and laundered. Discounts on dining and accommodation, plus access to complimentary nights at our overseas hotels.

About the role
Chuan Spa, Auckland is seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused Spa Therapist to deliver premium treatments and create a genuine journey of well-being for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations and tailor treatments to guest needs.
- Deliver high-quality services (massage - incl. deep tissue, facials, body scrubs / wraps, manicures, and pedicures) to brand standards.
- Provide post-treatment advice and product recommendations.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, presentation, and treatment-room readiness.
- Stay current on spa services, products, and their benefits.
