From overseeing complex mechanical repairs and large-scale rebranding projects to navigating seasonal peaks and mentoring your team, you'll be at the helm of operations that directly shape the guest experience.

At thl, adventure isn't just for our customers—it's for our crew too.We're looking for someone who's : A hands-on leader with deep mechanical expertise and a passion for quality, safety and team developmentOrganised, proactive, and confident managing workshop operations, budgets, and seasonal demandsA clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to motivate a diverse crew to deliver their best.Key Responsibilities : As Workshop Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our mechanical workshop, ensuring fleet quality, safety, and compliance.

You'll : Manage and motivate a team of

• crew membersOversee vehicle repairs, servicing, rebrands, and refurbishments to trade-quality standardsEnsure all vehicles meet COF and manufacturer specifications before hitting the roadMaintain workshop tools, equipment, and inventory to support efficient operationsDrive labour and cost management within budget, contributing to monthly and annual reportingLead recruitment, onboarding, and training of workshop crewChampion health and safety standards and ensure compliance with leglisationCollaborate with branch leadership and act as manager-on-duty across departments when requiredMonitor performance metrics and quality control checks to maintain brand standardsCommunicate clearly with managers and crew, sharing accurate data and operational updatesFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvementKey Criteria : To thrive in this role, you'll bring : Level 4 Automotive Qualification3+ years' experience in automotive workshop management or similarStrong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, servicing, and repairsProven ability to manage costs, resources, and team performanceExperience with warranties, compliance, and mechanical issue resolutionExcellent planning, organisation, and communication skillsA collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching and developmentHigh attention to detail and confidence using digital systems (including Excel and Microsoft Office)A passion for quality, customer safety, and delivering unforgettable experiencesWhy thl?
