As a Service Technician, you will uphold Tesla's vehicle service standards, delivering an exceptional experience to each customer.Build an exciting career at Tesla with opportunities to learn, develop, and grow.What You'll DoExecute diagnostic and repair work on all Tesla products.Work independently and in teams to maximize service efficiency.Provide feedback to Tesla teams for continuous improvement.Participate collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Operate various top-line tools.Document repairs clearly and concisely.Use provided laptop for diagnostics and professional development.Maintain service equipment and request replacements as needed.Collaborate with other teams for vehicle delivery and configuration.Assist in onboarding and training new technicians.What You'll BringFully qualified Motor Mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent).
