• Operate various top-line tools.
• Document repairs clearly and concisely.
• Use provided laptop for diagnostics and professional development.
• Maintain service equipment and request replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams for vehicle delivery and configuration.
• Assist in onboarding and training new technicians.
