• This position primarily serves to grow the customer base and subsequent sales at Pacific Doors.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for bringing in new customers and managing relationships with existing ones.

The right candidate will have active relationships in this space that provide for a strong foundation to grow Pacific Doors' footprint.A successful BDM will build the reputation of themselves and the company as trustworthy and knowledgeable.

As such, proactivity in building this knowledge is incredibly important; being confident in the ability to answer all customer enquiries or knowing where to direct them.

This role requires a penchant for speaking to customers in a manner that is both confidently social and attentive to business needs.
