Job descriptionPassion for Travel and positive can-do attitude Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills Able to work independently and as a member of a team Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment Retail, cash-handling, and / or banking experience is desirable (but not essential) Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and / or performance against KPIs Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally Development opportunities that will see you thrive and advance your career Comprehensive training conducted by specialised trainers A positive and team-oriented workplace culture that values work-life balance and is inclusive and supportive Ongoing benefits such as Paid Parental leave, health & well being programs, social club and more
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs / targets
- Maximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product range
- Embrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews / Facebook / Instagram
- Monitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and report
- Comply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirements
