ResponsibilitiesChampion a safety-first culture – Home Safe Every DayManage workforce planning, equipment, and customer support functionsDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the siteMaintain performance within budget, challenging inefficienciesFoster a high-performing team culture aligned with our Journey to Zero strategyMonitor and address site issues including people, fleet, and safetyCollaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to meet transport needsProvide expert guidance on transport processes and industry best practiceEnsure compliance with company policies, safety plans, and legislationThis role is based on a 40-hour week - Monday to Friday 2am to 10 : 30amAbout UsKo Wai Matou – About Us.
