About the Role
Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking a Full‑Time Medical Receptionist to work across our Albury Clinics. You will deliver the highest standards of service to our patients, referrers and community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering Calls : Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
- Scheduling : Use our state‑of‑the‑art RIS system – Visage.
- Maximising Efficiency : Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
- Referrals : Action patient referrals from multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Prepping Patients : Clear communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.
- This is a Full‑Time role working Monday to Friday.
