About The Position And You

We are looking for an enthusiastic member of our reception team. You will be working with people who are not feeling their most chipper — your kind and empathetic but firm nature will make you the perfect person for us. You might have a hospitality background or a medical background; what we will give you is all you need to succeed in a medical practice. We are passionate about improving health for everyone, and our dedicated team are a vital part of that. Our practice is located very close to the New Lynn Transport Hub and we have free staff parking. We celebrate successes, cultural holidays and each other.

This is a Permanent position working 40 hours across Monday to Sunday.

As a Receptionist, You Will Report To The Medical Centre Manager And Will Enjoy Exposure To All Of The Following And More.

You Will Bring To The Role

The successful applicant will be flexible with hours and able to cover leave for other staff members in your team, methodical with a systems orientation, and have a good head for numbers as well as good people skills. Experience with Medtech Evolution is an advantage.
