The X-Ray Group as part of the IDX group is a key well-established leading diagnostic imaging provider in the Albury / Wodonga region offering comprehensive services with fully licensed MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasound and X-ray.

About the Role

Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to work across our Albury Clinics.

You will deliver the highest standards of service to our patients, referrers and community.

What You'll Be Doing

Answering Calls : Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.

Scheduling : Use our state-of-the-art RIS system – Visage.

Maximising Efficiency : Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.

Referrals : Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams.

Prepping Patients : Clear communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.

This is a Full-Time role working Monday to Friday.
