Defining and driving the product vision for Tracksuit\u
Leading a product team focused on survey content and respondent experience (data collected) and survey platform experience (how data is collected)
Partnering with Research, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to shape survey methodology and capabilities
Making trade-offs between speed and quality, automation and flexibility, scale and customization
Survey Innovation : evolving content to meet market needs while maximizing respondent engagement and data value
Respondent Experience : driving improvements in engagement metrics through UX, content structure, and interaction patterns
Business Growth
0- Sample Runway : enabling scaling into more granular regions and markets with high-quality respondents
Data Quality & Integrity : reducing fraud, improving sampling quality, and minimising measurement error
Operational Efficiency : decreasing time to deploy and fieldwork effort while expanding regional coverage
Responsibilities
Defining product strategy and roadmap for the survey product and platform
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape survey methodology and capabilities
Evaluating trade-offs and prioritizing initiatives to balance speed, quality, automation, and scalability
Leading efforts to improve respondent engagement and data quality through experimentation and UX improvements
Scaling the product to new markets while maintaining high data integrity
Qualifications
Product management experience : ability to translate broad goals into strategy and roadmap
Curiosity about technology : ability to collaborate with engineers on API design, system architecture, and automation
Data-driven : use metrics to guide decisions, design experiments, and measure impact
Experience leading through influence : coordinating across teams without direct authority
Systems thinker : understands interdependencies and long-term scalability
Clarity over consensus : makes difficult decisions and communicates the rationale
Bias to action : ships iteratively and learns quickly
Outcome-focused : prioritizes customer and business impact
Learning-oriented : enjoys hypothesis testing and iterative refinement of product-market fit
Detail-oriented : ensures nothing falls through the cracks and builds trust across the team
Collaborative leadership : builds trust across functions
Comfort with complexity and multi-piece projects
Nice-to-haves : experience in market research, survey methodology, or data quality; hands-on with survey platforms (e.g., Decipher, Qualtrics)
