Principal Product Manager - Utilities / Energy

We're looking for a

Principal Product Manager

to be part of the next wave of digital transformation in the Utilities / Energy sector.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a core product domain, working at the intersection of technology, data, and real-world energy systems.

You'll lead product discovery and strategy, define and validate new features, and partner with design, engineering, and customer teams to deliver products that make a measurable impact.

You'll work directly with customers and partners across the utilities landscape, understanding their challenges, shaping the roadmap, and showcasing how great digital products can transform performance and customer outcomes.

What you'll bring :

Deep knowledge of the utilities domain, either from operational roles or product management / product delivery roles

Rich experience in utilities, energy tech, or related digital transformation projects with a demonstrable track record of success

Understanding of utilities / energy industry tech trends

Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Strong communication, collaboration and customer relationship skills

A curiosity for data, analytics, and digital product innovation
