National Business Manager - Woolworths NZ, Pharmacy Channel, TWL

About this Position : We are looking for a proactive and supportive leader to manage sales across Woolworths, The Warehouse Group (TWL), and Pharmacy New Zealand. The role is responsible for driving revenue, gross profit, and market share, while building strong, collaborative partnerships with key customers. The National Business Manager will set the strategic direction and oversee the overall performance of these accounts, ensuring best-in-class execution and long-term business growth.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with Woolworths, TWL, and Pharmacy NZ to deliver mutual, sustainable value.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term business plans tailored to each account.
• Plan, negotiate, and execute effective promotional activities aligned with account strategies.
• Maximise ROI through effective use and control of the annual trade promotions budget.
• Use data-driven insights to identify and drive category opportunities in partnership with marketing and category teams.
• Achieve individual and company targets while managing costs within budget.
• Mentor and support talent development within the Henkel Consumer Brands NZ team.
• Foster strong internal and external communication while ensuring all activities meet ethical and compliance standards.
