The casemanager will be part of a progressive, innovative and creative whanau / teamproviding assessments, interventions and working with the MDT.
The service offers effective andappropriate assessment, treatment and care management to tamariki, rangatahi andtheir whanau in a cultural setting, emphasising whanaungatanga, tikanga and TeReo development.
The service strives to meet the needs of tangata whaiora byproviding holistic services that respect, value and include whanau beliefs,customs, language and culture.
