20 hours per week, ideally spread across 3–4 days
What you'll be doing
Bank reconciliations, invoicing, and credit control
Weekly and monthly payroll for permanent and temporary staff
GST, FBT, and statutory compliance
Cashflow, budgets, and expenditure reporting
Monthly P&L preparation and analysis
Supplier management and payments
Supporting projects (including Capex)
Transitioning from MYOB to Xero
Liaison with external CA
What we're looking for
Solid accounting experience (ideally in a similar role)
Strong skills in MYOB and ACE Payroll – exposure to Xero would be a real advantage
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidence working with numbers
Ability to manage competing deadlines while working part-time hours
A proactive team player who enjoys variety and ownership of tasks
