This is a full-time, fully released position for a teacher holding a Tuturu | Full Practising Certificate.The LSC will play a key role in supporting inclusive practice across the school, working closely alongside our SENCo, staff, whanau, and external agencies to ensure students with additional learning and behavioural needs are supported to thrive.Key Responsibilities IncludeBuild teacher capability to meet diverse learning and behavioural needs.Identify and coordinate support early to ensure smooth learner transitions.Partner with whanau to strengthen learning support pathways.Collaborate with agencies to provide timely interventions and resources.Use data to inform practice and improve outcomes for priority learners.Promote inclusive practices and systems that help every learner thrive.We seek an applicant with strong relationship building skills, a clear communicator and organised.
