You'll deliver high-quality financial analysis and business planning support that informs strategic and operational decision-making.
Your deep understanding of business units and financial drivers will contribute to robust financial plans, enable informed decisions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Building strong relationships and aligning financial activity with broader organisational strategy will be key to success.This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role.
The salary range for the role is $83,300 - $102,900 based on skills and experience.

You're confident working both independently and collaboratively, and thrive in a dynamic, complex environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality management accounting support and strategic financial insight to faculties / LSRI / service divisions.Deliver financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting to inform strategic and operational decision-making.Develop robust financial plans, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and align financial activity with organisational strategy.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and navigate complex financial environments.Engage in capital planning, benefits realisation, and ensure adherence to financial governance principles.Take initiative, own tasks, and proactively contribute to hands-on activities to drive outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or relevant tertiary qualification; membership with a professional accounting body (CAANZ, CPA or equivalent) preferred.Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.Highly proficient in Excel and financial modelling; knowledge of systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP or Oracle is advantageous.Strong communication skills, with ability to tailor insights for strategic and operational decision making and to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to identify opportunities to enhance financial outcomes and service delivery.Experience with capital planning and benefits realisation, with a solid grasp of financial governance principles.Benefits and Working EnvironmentFlexible employment practices (including working from home, flexible hours).
