KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Running the show onsite - from daily toolbox talks to hands on leadership

Keeping the crew sharp, safe, and productive

Guiding and upskilling your team through experience and know how

Reading plans, solving problems, and hitting targets

Making sure gear is in top shape and documentation's accurate and tight

Liaising with clients, Contracts Managers and site teams to get it done right

ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced supervisor who's been in the trenches and know what it takes to keep a crew humming and a site running smooth.

You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, make solid calls under pressure and take ownership of jobs from start to finish.

Reporting to the Construction Manager you will hold :

Solid experience in civil construction, with the stories to prove it

Natural leadership and a no-nonsense attitude to health & safety

A sharp eye for quality and the paperwork to match

Confidence with plans, scopes, and scheduling

Willingness to mentor and build up the next generation of tradies

Flexibility to regularly travel and stay away as jobs require
