Tractor Operator - Construction Sports Field

Responsibilities

As an Operator in our Construction Sports team, you will play a vital role in a diverse range of large-scale projects.

Your responsibilities will include :

Drainage :

Implementing effective drainage systems for optimal field performance

Irrigation :

Ensuring proper irrigation setup to maintain healthy playing surfaces

Operating Heavy Machinery :

Utilising your expertise in handling loaders, tractors, sand spreaders, and trenchers

Mowing :

Contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of sports fields

Other Construction Tasks :

Participating in various associated sports field construction activities

Team Support :

Assisting the wider Auckland team when required

What we are looking for

A full, class 1, 2 driver's licence is essential – even better if you have class 4!

Proficiency in operating machinery is required, specifically trucks, tractors, loaders, sand spreaders, mowers etc

A positive attitude, an awesome work ethic and good record of attendance

Excellent communication with the ability to work as a team as well as independently

A desire to complete all tasks to the highest standards and achieve team goals
