The Opportunity

The Downer South division is highly respected and has a great track record for delivering a high standard of work across the country.

We are looking for an experienced Driver Operators / Pilot Driver to provide support within the Rangitikei District out of our Taihape depot.

In this role you will drive a tail pilot Ute behind a mower ensuring adequate advance warning of mowing operation to approaching drivers.

Some additional works would include litter retrieval and edge marker post replacement.

Please note this is a fixed term role for the duration of the contract season (October - end of April), with the potential to continue with Downer beyond this project.

Experience with agricultural equipment highly desirable

Class 1 licence required
