Tractor Operator - Construction Sports Field

About The RoleAs an Operator in our Construction Sports team, you will play a vital role in a diverse range of large-scale projects.

Your responsibilities will include : Drainage : Implementing effective drainage systems for optimal field performanceIrrigation : Ensuring proper irrigation setup to maintain healthy playing surfacesOperating Heavy Machinery : Utilising your expertise in handling loaders, tractors, sand spreaders, and trenchersMowing : Contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of sports fieldsOther Construction Tasks : Participating in various associated sports field construction activitiesTeam Support : Assisting the wider Auckland team when requiredWhat We Are Looking ForA full, class 1, 2 driver's licence is essential – even better if you have class 4!

Proficiency in operating machinery is required, specifically trucks, tractors, loaders, sand spreaders, mowers etcA positive attitude, an awesome work ethic and good record of attendanceExcellent communication with the ability to work as a team as well as independentlyA desire to complete all tasks to the highest standards and achieve team goalsWhat We Can Offer YouAs part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with other professionals, gain further knowledge and experience, and develop your career.
