Job Description
JO&JOE Auckland is looking for its next Barista! Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the Auckland opening team! The Barista will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and guest experiences in our vibrant open house environment.

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages with consistency, speed, and a smile.
- Provide a warm, personalised welcome to every guest, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
- Take orders, handle payments, and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and supplies, and communicate needs to the F&B Supervisor.
- Assist with running food to guests and support the wider F&B team during busy periods.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
