You’ll be responsible for driving creative storytelling and consistent brand execution across :
- Above‑the‑line media (ATL) including digital, print, and broadcast campaigns.
- Social media from content planning and creation to community engagement.
- Influencer partnerships managing relationships, collaborations, and campaign execution.
- Trade marketing supporting retail partners with creative assets, POS materials, and campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Edwards & Co’s marketing calendar across all media channels.Manage the social media strategy, content creation, and performance analysis.Manage paid digital channels (including SEM and paid social) to drive awareness and acquisition.Manage influencer outreach, partnerships, gifting, and reporting.Coordinate media planning and buying for ATL activity, analysis performance and reporting.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce campaign assets.Support retail and trade partners with marketing materials and in‑store activations.Ensure all brand communications are visually consistent and on tone.Responsible for executing on our CRM strategy, managing the DM campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to inform future activity.Managing earned media.Skills & Experience
You’re a creative thinker and storyteller who loves turning ideas into impactful campaigns. You’re hands‑on, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You have an eye for design, a feel for what makes content engaging, and a strategic mindset to tie it all together.
You’ll bring :
4+ years’ experience in marketing, brand, or creative roles (consumer goods or lifestyle brands preferred).Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.Experience managing influencers, media agencies, and creative suppliers.Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.Proficient in using social media management tools and other relevant technology.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.Creativity and a passion for developing engaging and relevant content.Knowledge of graphic design, photography, and video editing.Confident in front of the camera.An organized and proactive approach, you get things done.Understanding of paid media channels, including SEM, paid social, and display.Salary : NZ$80,000–NZ$100,000.
