Job Summary
Our client is an AML platform built for businesses with other things to do. Smart, simple compliance tech that works. They are growing fast across New Zealand, Australia and the UK, helping legal and real estate firms stay secure and compliant without slowing down. They are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Content & Marketing Coordinator to join the team.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for a creative and organised marketing all‑rounder. You will play a key part in supporting content production and campaign delivery – writing, coordinating, and helping bring to life the ideas that build their brand, drive demand, and educate prospects and customers.
You will create clear, engaging content for a range of audiences and channels, coordinate marketing activities across campaigns and events, and help them stay consistent, efficient, and on‑brand as they grow.
Qualifications
The right person for this role will have 3+ years’ experience in content, marketing coordination, or communications. You will have strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, be able to write clearly and confidently for B2B audiences (and adapt for tone or channel) and be comfortable working across a variety of marketing formats and content types.
You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail, with experience juggling multiple tasks and timelines. A proactive, collaborative mindset is a must, with bonus points for experience in SaaS, AML / KYC, legal, real estate, or regulated industries and experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM / marketing automation tools). Exposure to event or campaign coordination and experience organising owned events such as webinars and in‑person meetups is preferred.
