Are you a compassionate and skilled Counsellor looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? EAP Services, which is part of the wider Habit Group, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our EAP Services team in the heart of Wellington CBD. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals and workplaces with high-quality counselling and wellbeing services, all while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This is a permanent position for a counsellor with preferably 5 years post training experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver focused interventions so that clients are equipped with coping mechanisms at work and in life
• Visit worksites to provide support after an event disruption
• Deliver counselling services via in-person, video and telehealth
• Deliver training to customer employees
