Digital Producer
to join the team to create content that drives reach, engagement, and traffic across MediaWorks' digital and social platforms.

The Role
As a Digital Producer, youll work with the Mai and George FM teams to capture the moments audiences love - laughs, tunes, exclusives, and behind-the-scenes fun.
From video clips and memes to podcast highlights and event coverage, youll make sure Mai and George shows are the place for watch, listen and laugh.
What you'll do
Execute digital content strategies for Mai & George, as briefed by the Digital Lead.
Work closely with announcers, producers, promotions, marketing, and the Content Director to turn on-air moments into digital stories.
Grow engagement and expand audiences across rova and social.
Spot and act on opportunities for the next big piece of content.
Use Google Analytics and insights tools to track performance and inform smart content decisions.
What you'll bring
With 1-2 years' experience shooting, editing, and producing creative digital content.
Skilled in Premium Pro and Adobe Suite with strong design, photo, and video editing ability.
Experienced in managing and creating content for social media platforms.
Sharp writing skills within brand and audience tone
The ability to turn content around fast.
Proactive, confident, and brimming with ideas.
A great communicator and team player
Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle deadlines.
SEO and UX knowledge is preferred but not essential.
