Now, in partnership with Robert Walters, we're looking for a passionate Broadcast Engineer to join their innovative Technology team and help engineer the future of how New Zealanders experience entertainment.

You'll be working with state-of-the-art SDI and IP video technologies, solving complex technical challenges that directly impact the viewing experience of families nationwide.
This isn't just about maintaining systems – you'll be architecting the infrastructure that brings live sports, breaking news, and must-watch shows into New Zealand homes.
Every day brings new technical puzzles to solve, from translating logical designs into physical implementations to anticipating and resolving system challenges before they impact viewers.
Your impact will include :
Designing tomorrow's broadcast infrastructure
– Create detailed system architectures and documentation that form the backbone of the broadcast domain
Leading technical innovation
– Translate cutting-edge logical designs into robust physical implementations

– Anticipate, investigate, and resolve technical challenges across the entire broadcast platform

– Contribute to root-cause analysis and implement changes that enhance system reliability

– Work alongside diverse technical specialists to deliver seamless broadcast experiences
What you'll bring :
3+ years of broadcast industry experience
with relevant qualifications
CCNA certification
and strong Cisco networking knowledge
Expert-level understanding
of SDI and IP video standards
Solid foundation
in computer hardware, including Intel PCs and servers
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
and proven problem-solving expertise
A solution-focused mindset
with natural collaborative abilities
Legal right to work in New Zealand
