As our services grow on Waiheke Island, we're seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our casual support team.About the Role : You will be providing essential support to people in their homes and community, including : Medication reminders and support.Meal preparation and light household tasks.Assistance with mobility and daily routines.Companionship and support with community outings.Shifts are available : Monday & Tuesday : 9 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PMSaturday & Sunday : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PMWhat We're Looking For : We'd love to hear from you if youHave experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or community support.Are confident working independently in home-based settings.Communicate clearly and build trust with clients and families.Show empathy, patience, and professionalism.Hold a Full or Restricted NZ driver's licence (own transport on the island is a plus).
