Role Overview

As a Kitchenhand, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations.

Your mission?

Support our chefs, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

This role is perfect for someone eager to grow into a skilled, efficient, and safety-conscious chef.

This is a part time role over 5 days per week, minimum 30 hours.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of our Executive Chef.

Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Take ownership of dishwashing and cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standards.

Minimize wastage and work efficiently to support the team.

Attend all training sessions and embrace opportunities to learn and grow.

Comply with hotel policies, grooming standards, and OH&S guidelines.

Jump in wherever needed – flexibility is key!

What We're Looking For

A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being part of a dynamic team.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Willingness to learn and develop your culinary skills.

Previous kitchen experience is a bonus, but not essential – we'll train the right person!
