What You’ll Be Doing
- Loan Disbursement and Settlement – Manage the end-to-end loan disbursement process, oversee settlement activities, and ensure accurate and timely submission of settled loans.
- Solicitor Coordination – Issue and allocate solicitor instructions to support smooth settlement processing.
- Documentation and Reporting – Prepare and submit required documents (e.g., LMI certificates), maintain reports, and ensure proper archiving of records.
- Pipeline Management – Monitor and follow up on pipeline loans to support settlement targets and timelines.
- Compliance and Packaging – Handle packaging requirements and ensure all settlements comply with internal and regulatory standards.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy – with the ability to manage high-volume tasks while maintaining quality and compliance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.Highly organized and proactive – able to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.Desirable
Knowledge of mortgage processing procedures – including familiarity with the Australian non-bank mortgage industry, NCCP Act, Privacy Act, and compliance frameworks (Responsible Lending, AML / CTF).Experience in mortgage settlements – particularly within the Australian market; exposure to the New Zealand non-bank sector is an advantage.Why Join Us?
