A place where our people can bring their whole selves to work and feel valued for their contribution.What you will doWe're looking for a talented Commercial Account Manager to grow our Rockgas business in the highly competitive SME market channel.

Key responsibilities will include : contributing to the wider business performance by identifying channel growth and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve / exceed revenue and margin targets for our customers using cylinders and small tanks and our retic commercial customers.enhancing business relationships and working collaboratively with existing and potential customers to fully understand their needs and how we can best deliver on them and respond to their queries,managing all sales aspects of the customer portfolio to maintain existing and / or build new channel relationships e.g. contract negotiation and management, call cycle management, producing sales analytics, reporting and budgets; andconducting market research to identify potential customers, competitors and market trends.

QualificationsWhat you will bring : Along with being an awesome team member with a 'get up and go' attitude you will have : Proven senior account management / sales experience ideally including SME channel experience.A demonstrated track record of and 'hunger' for driving and delivering and sustainable growth – revenue, margin, customers, brand etc.Strong business / commercial acumen being able to understand and make decisions based on business and financial data.A good working understanding of marketing and brandExcellent sales, negotiation and contract management skillsExcellent relationship management and influencing skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProject management skills
