We are seeking a dynamic and experienced teacher to take on the role of collaboration leader at the start of 2026.
We are seeking someone passionate about collaborating, supporting teacher growth, and enhancing curriculum standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of teachers, promoting a culture of shared practice, innovation, and ongoing improvement. They will also be an active and supportive member of the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of teachers
- Promote collaborative teaching and learning practices
- Guide curriculum implementation, with a focus on :
- BSLA (Better Start Literacy Approach)
- Maths — No Problem!
- Mentor and coach staff to strengthen pedagogy and student outcomes
- Contribute to school-wide strategic planning and leadership initiatives
- Establish a positive team culture with a focus on teacher professional growth and improved outcomes for all learners.
