Branch : Branch Performance Salary : $60,648 - $69,312

The Administrator Branch Performance provides general administrative support to the Branch Performance team and wider branch as required, including the scheduling and logistics of branch wide initiatives.

In some circumstances (where there is capacity and business need) the Administrator Branch Performance will provide direct support to Tier 3 for general administration tasks (on an adhoc basis).

Our Branch Performance teams are connectors both within their branch and across all branches at Te Tari Taiwhenua.

The five Branch Performance teams work together to support strategy, planning, accountability and assurance across the Department.

We manage a variety of work in a busy, interesting environment.

The responsibilities of this role are diverse and could include preparing and managing correspondence and documents, data entry, organising meetings, taking minutes, organising travel and room bookings alongside other general administrative duties.

Some of the day-to-day deliverables may include drafting, formatting and amending documents, organising meetings and arranging logistics, providing document managing support, data entry, financial processing and organising travel.

The key skills and capabilities required for this position include :

  • Experience delivering general administration tasks and support working within a busy team to a range of stakeholders
  • Experience of corporate business planning deliverables including the planning, reporting and coordination processes
  • Experience in financial processing including the processing of invoices and raising purchase orders
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
