You'll support clients in their own homes with daily living tasks, personal care, and companionship helping them stay safe and independent.What you'll do | Nga mahiVisit clients in their homes and carry out support tasks (personal care, housework, shopping, etc.)Build positive relationships with clients and their familiesMaintain safety and use equipment correctly (PPE, hoists, etc.)Communicate effectively with the team, reporting feedback, risks, or concernsTake part in ongoing training and developmentWhat we're looking for | Pukenga me wheakoCompassion, reliability, and honesty with pride in your workGood communication skills (spoken and written English)Ability to work independentlyFull NZ driver's licence and reliable vehicleLegally entitled to work in New Zealand (NZ Citizen & Permanent Only)Availability for weekday and weekend shifts (see below)Experience or qualifications in Health & Wellbeing are a bonus, but not essential – full training provided.Work Hours Available | Nga haora mahiPermanent Part-Time Roles : Flexible shifts available between 7am – 8.30pm, with extra opportunities in the popular evening shifts (4pm – 8.30pm).
