Family Lawyer - 1-2 Years PQE - Auckland

Our client is seeking a Family Lawyer with 1-2 years PQE, ideally with primary experience in :

Care of Children , Family Violence , Oranga Tamariki , and Guardianship matters

Secondary experience is desirable in :

Relationship Property or Maintenance matters

Dissolutions , Welfare Guardians , or PPPR work (alongside strong primary experience)

This role primarily services Legally Aided clients , often supporting some of the most vulnerable in the community, including persons in prison or those with mental health concerns.

About the Firm

Attainable and realistic bonus scheme, with parking paid for in office and court

Candidates must be able to attend Auckland, Waitakere, North Shore, Manukau, and Papakura Courts, though we aim to assign files to preferred locations where possible

Strong collegiality and team focus

Weekly in-house training seminars covering a variety of topics, plus a weekly file clinic for Q&A support

A growing Family Law team , adaptable and open to new ideas
