Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience, located in Auckland. The Family Lawyer will be responsible for handling family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property settlements. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. The role also involves collaborating with other legal professionals within the firm to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in family law, including handling divorce, child custody, and property settlements
• Strong client consultation skills and ability to provide sound legal advice
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and representing clients in court
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other legal professionals
• A valid New Zealand practicing certificate
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in family law
