The role focuses on store leadership, customer service excellence, and ongoing operational execution to support business goals.ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the store team to achieve KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rate, average transaction value, and shrinkage reduction.Plan and execute sales strategies, manage wage budgets, and monitor performance against targets.Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and storefront presentation to maximize sales opportunities.Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.Identify growth opportunities and implement actions to improve store performance.Ensure impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with brand standards.QualificationsPrevious supervisory and / or management experience in customer service or retail apparel.Experience achieving KPI targets including sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average order value, shrinkage, and mystery shops.Excellent communication skills and strong people-management abilities with confidence to recruit, mentor, and motivate a team.Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.Vibrant, energetic, and authentic with a positive attitude.Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.About the CompanyPVH is one of the world's largest and most admired fashion companies, connecting with consumers in over 40 countries.
