Job Description

JO&JOE Auckland is looking for its next Food & Beverage Attendant! Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE by being part of the Auckland opening team. The F&B Attendant will support the bar and restaurant operations, ensuring guests enjoy a fun, friendly, and seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests, whether they’re locals or travellers.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, and assist with service at the bar or tables.
• Run food to guests with energy and care, ensuring presentation and timing are on point.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the F&B Supervisor.
• Support the team during events and busy periods, helping create a lively and inclusive atmosphere.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including those related to food handling and alcohol service.
