We’re looking for a Graphic Design Production Assistant to join our high-energy creative team and help bring our bold ideas to life. Reporting to the Production Manager , you’ll be at the heart of transforming concepts into polished products — from epic card sets and packaging to marketing campaigns and digital assets.

What you’ll do :
Work closely with the Production Manager to deliver projects on time and to specification.
Collaborate with designers and the creative team to prepare final press‑ready files across a variety of formats.
Provide image retouching, manipulation, and production fixes as required.
Review design work for accuracy and production‑readiness, flagging issues proactively.
Liaise with printers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to ensure production runs smoothly.
Track deadlines and maintain project documentation under the direction of the Production Manager.
Create PDFs for print / review, prep images for online, and manage asset archiving systems.
Troubleshoot design / production challenges and propose solutions.
Balance multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Contribute ideas and improvements to production processes.
What you’ll bring :
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design production (agency, publishing, or creative studio background preferred).
Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (templating and print production) and Illustrator (vector workflows, intermediate design).
Solid experience across both Mac and PC platforms.
Sharp troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve production issues quickly.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence working under pressure and managing competing priorities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative and marketing teams.
Self‑starter attitude with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
Enthusiasm for fantasy themes and tabletop games (extra points if you already play Flesh and Blood !).
Professional discretion when handling confidential projects.
Nice to have :
Experience with monday.com or similar project management tools.
Basic HTML & CSS knowledge.
Your ability to combine technical expertise with production know‑how will make you an essential part of the creative workflow — ensuring that bold ideas are delivered as polished, professional outputs.
