This is not an agency role.
This is a rare opportunity to lead creative strategy from within a purpose-driven EdTech company that's making real impact.
As we grow across international markets, you'll be central to shaping our creative direction across product and technology, marketing, and brand.
You'll collaborate with senior leadership, product, and content teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and resonance in everything we communicate—whether it's software design, marketing campaigns, or educational content.
What you will do
Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across video, illustration, print, art direction, and UI / UX
Develop and execute a creative vision that aligns with business strategy and user needs
Elevate our storytelling—crafting compelling visual and verbal narratives that connect with global audiences
Ensure high standards of design quality and coherence across all brand touchpoints
Embed a strong design philosophy and principles across teams
Champion the impact of great design—from typography and imagery to digital experiences
Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution—you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
You will need
You'll be a strong creative thinker with experience in branding, digital content, and storytelling—preferably within a SaaS, education, games, or tech environment.
You'll understand what it means to shape and guard a brand at scale, and bring a keen eye for design, tone, and UX / UI.
You'll have a deep understanding of design principles and the emotional and social impact of great design.
You'll be confident leading projects from concept through to delivery, managing both internal and external creative resources.
You should have
5+ years' experience in a senior creative or brand leadership role
A portfolio that demonstrates brand development, campaign execution, and creative leadership
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and pitch ideas clearly
Strong leadership capability, including mentoring and coaching others
Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially product and marketing
A deep sense of tone, emotion, pace and impact, with the ability to arc stories and messages across multimedia platforms
A strong grasp of visual identity, digital content, and storytelling
Experience with UX / UI thinking and digital platforms
A belief in the power of writing to change lives—and a desire to be part of that story
In return we offer
A competitive remuneration package, including free health insurance for you and discounted premiums for your immediate family
A conveniently located Head Office in Epsom with ample free street parking around
A friendly office environment with fruit and monthly lunch shouts
Flexible working approach
The chance to join a purpose-driven and talented team who love what we do!
