This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working cross-functionally, and playing a vital role in strategic growth through key partnerships. You’ll manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, resolve challenges, and unlock growth opportunities. Acting as a conduit between Chorus and key channel partners, you’ll translate strategic goals into actionable plans, influence prioritisation, and co-create solutions that deliver mutual value.

It’s a hands-on role combining account management, strategic thinking, and change enablement. You’ll be part of a high-performing team known for industry-leading satisfaction scores, working at the forefront of change to influence go-to-market strategies.

The role offers the chance to collaborate across the business and shape how we partner for growth, building resilience and capability through high-value relationships.

To succeed, you should have :

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, sales, or account management with large customers
• The ability to navigate complexity, resolve disputes, and influence outcomes
• A growth mindset, curiosity, and strategic thinking skills
• Confidence and maturity to build credibility with senior stakeholders
• Tenacity and relationship-building finesse
• Comfort working under pressure and managing competing priorities

Telco experience is a plus but not essential; what matters most is your ability to manage partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
