Manage, administer, and maintain Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
Configure and manage user accounts, mailboxes, licenses, and permissions via Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory.
Implement and maintain security policies, MFA, Conditional Access, and data loss prevention (DLP) within Microsoft 365.
Monitor system health, service availability, and performance through the Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center.
Manage updates, patches, and feature rollouts for Microsoft 365 applications.
Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support for Microsoft 365 issues, escalating to Microsoft support when necessary.
Assist with email migrations, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Develop and maintain documentation on configurations, policies, and procedures.
Conduct periodic reviews of license utilization and optimize subscription costs.
Collaborate with IT security, network, and infrastructure teams to ensure integration and compliance.
Provide end-user training and support to enhance Microsoft 365 adoption and productivity.
Stay updated with Microsoft 365 roadmap and recommend improvements or new features for business efficiency.
