Intermediate - Senior Bas Accountant

About the Firm : Our client is a well renowned CA firm in Dunedin.

They are consistently growing their fee base on a local and regional scale and delivering a high quality service to their clients.

As such this requirement has emerged to ensure that level of service and delivery remains high as the level of work continues to build.The Role : They are seeking an Accountant at the Intermediate or Senior level, who is comfortable working with a set portfolio of clients across the commercial spectrum ranging from small private organisations to larger groups with multiple entities.

You will be responsible for preparing annual reports, financial statements and GST / Tax Returns.They need someone who has the strong technical skills to work with minimal support and is comfortable getting through a high workload.

You will be liaising directly with clients so strong communication skills both verbal and written are also required.Given the size of the firm, there will be ownership / partnership opportunities within just a few years for the successful candidate if that is the path you are looking to take.The Hours : Due to the nature of the work involved, our client is happy to consider someone on a Work from Home or Part-time basis.

They can be flexible on hours during the day and overall.

This is dependent on the successful applicant already having prior NZCA experience and being able to work independently.

You will also ideally be fully CA Qualified, or on your way to completing it.Interested?
