Senior Specialist / Assistant Manager (HR Business Partnering & Rewards)
RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Human Capital Business Partner, you will work closely with our Power Generation leaders to attract, develop, and engage the right talent to sustain our operational excellence.
As the Rewards Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping fair, competitive, and motivating reward structures that recognise performance and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Capital Business Partnering (70%)
Partner with line management to understand business needs and deliver end-to-end talent acquisition for engineering and technical roles.
Drive employer branding and early talent initiatives such as scholarships, internships, and career fairs to strengthen our future talent pipeline.
Provide sound HR advisory on people management matters, including performance management, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with leaders to foster a high-performance culture that supports learning, growth, and well-being.
Analyse workforce trends and propose proactive solutions to strengthen organisational capability and talent retention.
Rewards (30%)
Lead Annual Manpower Budgeting, ensuring alignment between workforce plans and business priorities.
Conduct salary benchmarking and support Annual Salary Review and Bonus Exercises to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
Analyse pay structures, monitor market trends, and recommend improvements to total rewards programmes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR business partnering and / or rewards.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
