Community Hub Libraries Manager

Manawatū Community Hub Libraries are in an exciting place. With a brand-new facility at Te Āhuru Mōwai in Feilding and a fresh team structure, we're already delivering a thriving service that's making a real impact in our community. Now we're looking for an energetic, people-focused leader to take us to the next level in this full time role as our Community Hub Libraries Manager.
As Community Hub Libraries Manager, you'll lead and empower three specialist leaders : Content, Digital, and Experience, while holding overall responsibility for the success of the entire facility. You'll also work closely with the Community Programmes Manager to ensure all services delivered from Te Āhuru Mōwai are well-connected, people-focused, and making the most of the hub's potential. You'll also oversee our network of Community Libraries across the district, ensuring they're well-supported and integrated as part of our connected library service.
This role is about supporting people to succeed, building on what's already thriving, and making sure our community sees the hub as a place to connect, learn, and belong.

The salary range midpoint is $102,900. Salary will be determined by the experience you bring. We also offer a range of staff benefits, including 5 weeks' annual leave for all employees.
