A newand exciting opportunity has arisen for a People & Capability Partner tosupport our operations our Southwest region, based out of our Palmerston North depot.

In thisrole, you’ll play a key part in delivering the Northpower People Plan withinour Energy Services division, working closely with people leaders to ensure ourpeople processes, programs, and systems are aligned with business objectives.

This isa fantastic opportunity for an HR professional looking to broaden theirexperience in a generalist role with a semi sole-charge focus. You’ll gainexposure across the full HR spectrum—from recruitment and employee relations tolearning and development and HR systems—while being supported to grow andthrive.
